I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy, and currently I am in private practice in Bel Air, Md. I graduated from Loyola University with my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2005 and became licensed by the board of professional counselors. Prior to graduating, I completed a one year externship at the Center for Eating Disorders (CED) at Sheppard Pratt Health System. I continued to work at the CED following graduation for three years, where I was able to conduct individual and group therapy, utilizing techniques such as Interpersonal Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I then worked providing outpatient counseling at a group practice for six years. There, I continued to work with clients with eating disorders, as well as a variety of other mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and trauma.
