I provide treatment for a variety of issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, self-esteem, self-harm, relationship issues, and trauma.

Using approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based practices, and Interpersonal Therapy, I help you better understand yourself while providing coping skills to help improve your quality of life.
